The Bacchus Pro Dynamic is the big brother model of the Bacchus Mini Dynamic, it features double the water tank space and is suitable for most medium to large sized wineries.

The Bacchus Professional is ideal for winery cleaning and wine oak barrel cleaning with the ability to remove Brettanomyces, tartrates and tannins commonly found inside the oak barrels and other wood surfaces during the wine manufacturing process.
