Description
The Bacchus Mini Dynamic is the most compact stainless steel chassis machine of the Bacchus range. It features the latest digital device with thermometer, pressure gauge, hour meter, "CALC" advice for boiler cleaning and automatic switching on/off. It produces a powerful 94 grams per minute of dry steam vapour.

Bacchus Dynamic comes up with toolkit such as steam diffuser and connection hose 4-10m for steam cleaning of bottling production lines, tanks, vats and wine barrels.
Where is the Bacchus Mini Dynamic used?
The Bacchus Mini Dynamic is ideal for winery cleaning and wine oak barrel cleaning with ability to remove Brettanomyces, tartrates and tannins commonly found inside the oak barrels and other wood surfaces during wine manufacturing process.
