Our machines are manufactured by fourth generation Italian wine growers and producers.

The winery, “Franchini Vini” located in Verona, is run by the Franchinifamily.

Over the last 25 years, as well as being involved in the family vineyard, the Franchini sons designed and manufactured commercial and industrial steam machines.

This led them to become international leaders in steam R&D and one of the largest manufactures of commercial and industrial steam machines under their brand 'Tecnovap'.

Combining their knowledge of wine and steam machines, Tecnovap developed and manufactured the Bacchus Wine Barrel Cleaning machines.

Today, Wine Barrel Cleaning has 130 models of machines and is exported to over 110 countries.

Wine Barrel Cleaning's machines provide a range of winery cleaning applications including barrel, vat, tank and bottling line cleaning.
